  • promotion of the competition and future editions

5. Use of Image and Recordings

By submitting an application, participants grant the organiser a:

  • non-exclusive
  • worldwide
  • royalty-free

licence to use:

  • name
  • image
  • video recordings

for:

  • website publication
  • social media
  • promotional materials
  • future editions of the competition

This licence is granted without additional compensation.


6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Competition data: for the duration of the competition and up to 3 years after its completion
  • Promotional materials (results, recordings): may be retained longer for archival and promotional purposes
  • Analytics data: typically up to 14–26 months

7. Data Sharing

We may share personal data with:

  • jury members (for evaluation purposes)
  • IT and hosting providers
  • payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal)
  • service providers supporting the competition (e.g. email tools)
